General Info
Located in a country village, this property sits alongside a lane running directly down to Seatown beach. Less than 1 mile away, you can walk, cycle or drive down to the beach and leave your car in Seatown car park. Spend lazy afternoons by the shore, taking in views of the beautiful Golden Cap. Or don your walking shoes and head up Langdon Hill less than 1 mile away and reward yourselves with the fantastic views. Upon your return to your home from home, pick up your groceries from the village store less than 200 metres from your front door. Within 500 metres you ll find two pubs, both serving hot food and refreshing drinks or an award winning pub is within walking distance in Seatown. Step up through the front door and andd into the hallway. From, here a door to your left takes you into the lounge/diner while, straight ahead along the corridor, a step up leads to the downstairs shower room, stairs and kitchen. In the split level lounge/diner, this spacious room is home to a dining table and ample comfy seating. Shop and two pubs within 300 metres, beach and award winning pub in Seatown within 1 mile. EV charging point located in the village car park by the Spar shop. Fireworks are not permitted to be set off in the garden due to the thatch roof.
