And in the area you can hike, golf, explore the white village of Comares or head to the coast for a day of sea, sand and surf.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

At the house you can relax in the garden and around the pool, but if you want to venture out then the Moorish village of Comares is home to a handful of local shops and restaurants as well as some beautiful architecture. There are numerous walking trails in the local area, horse riding is popular and you will find an excellent golf course at Baveria Golf Caleta. Alternatively, enjoy some sunbathing and water sports at the beach or take the whole family to the water park at Torre del Mar.

Interior Details
On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall which leads off to two bedrooms - one bunk and one double. A step down will take you into the open plan living area compete with kitchen, dining table and lounge area with log burner, and upstairs there are two further bedrooms - one twin and one en-suite Master with its own private terrace. There is a family bathroom downstairs.

Exterior Details
To the side of the house there is a covered area with a table and chairs, and the swimming pool, with its far-reaching views, is surrounded by sun loungers. Outside the Master bedroom there is a small private terrace with its own comfy seating.
